1. Definitions
"We/us" refers to Fuego Fireworks, operator of OnCue Timecode. "You" refers to the customer or user of our software and services. "Software" refers to the OnCue Timecode desktop application. "Service" refers to our website, licensing system, and support.
2. Licence
Upon purchasing a subscription, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use OnCue Timecode on one (1) Windows device at a time. The licence is personal and may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed.
3. Subscriptions & payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT where applicable. You can cancel at any time; your licence remains active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first purchase. Contact us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Software usage
You agree to use the software only for lawful purposes. You may not:
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Remove licence protection or activation mechanisms
• Use the software for purposes that violate any applicable law

6. Pyrotechnic safety
OnCue Timecode includes pyrotechnic control features. You are solely responsible for all safety aspects of any pyrotechnic display. Fuego Fireworks is not liable for injuries, damages, or incidents arising from the use of pyrotechnic equipment, whether or not controlled via our software.
7. Availability & support
We aim for high availability of our licensing servers and website, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The software itself runs locally and does not require an internet connection during shows. Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis.
8. Liability
Our software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Fuego Fireworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
11. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
