- In the desktop app open Remote App and click Start (default port
9191). - On your phone, scan the QR or type
http://<your-ip>:9191/app. Same Wi-Fi on both. - Enter the Fire-PIN to fire cues.
- Tap “Add to Home Screen” for an app feel.
🛠️ Troubleshooting
- Won't connect? Same network + click “Open firewall” (TCP 9191).
- Remote location? Enable the cloud relay and share the show code.
- No fire button? View-only role, or no PIN entered.
Frequently asked
Do I need to install anything on the phone?
No. The Remote runs in any browser. Optionally tap “Add to Home Screen” for an app icon.
Does it need internet?
No — it runs over your local Wi-Fi, served straight from the desktop. For remote locations, switch on the optional cloud relay.
Is it safe? Can anyone fire cues?
Firing is protected by a Fire-PIN and per-device roles. View-only devices can watch but not fire.
